A local Latin-Asian fusion eatery is relocating its Roswell location.

Taqueria Tsunami plans to relocate this summer to 982 Canton Street, Tomorrow’s News Today first reported.

The menu includes tacos, bowls, quesadillas and more, including the popular Asian Nachos (lightly fried wontons topped with queso, pico de gallo, roasted poblano and corn, lettuce, fresh jalapeños and a choice of seasoned ground beef or Kogi BBQ short rib.)

“Taqueria Tsunami was created to bring you all the great flavors from the Far East and South of the Border, right to your plate. The idea behind the concept was a vision of delicious Latin-Asian fusion food served in a fun, contemporary atmosphere,” according to the restaurant website.

Taqueria Tsunami can be found at ten locations around Georgia, with the existing Roswell restaurant located at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Road at the Connexion shopping center.

The new location is about 3 miles west from there. Taqueria Tsunami is slated to move into the more than 3,100-square-foot space formerly occupied by the Cajun-barbecue fusion restaurant Bayou’Q, which is now closed.

The restaurant comes from Marietta-based Fork U Concepts, which also operates Stockyard Burgers & BonesSilla Del ToroCotto Modern ItalianSouthern Prospect and Forno Vero.

As recently reported by What Now Atlanta, Taqueria Tsunami has also expanded to Truist Park with the ballpark’s new food hall called Outfield Market.
