May Flower International’s Soybean Paste is Being Recalled

May Flower International Inc., a business-to-business distributor specializing in Chinese and English snacks and other products, was found during a routine FDA inspection to have a product, “Beijing Soybean Paste,” that listed flour as an ingredient without specifying the presence of wheat.

Wheat is a part of the list of potential allergens, because of which the product with undeclared wheat was announced for recall by the company on April 11, 2025. The FDA also issued a public notice about the recall announcement on April 17, 2025.
