Ray Ray’s, the beloved Ohio barbecue institution known for its smoked meats and food truck favorites, is bringing something new to the table — literally. The award-winning brand will open its first full-service restaurant at 138 S. Main St. in downtown Marion.

Set in a historic 1800s building, the new spot will serve up all the classics fans expect — brisket, pulled pork from the owner’s Granville farm, ribs, smoked turkey, and vegetarian-friendly cauliflower burnt ends. But this location also comes with exciting new additions.

Wings, previously a rare special at Ray Ray’s trucks, will now be available daily in 11 flavor varieties. The menu also features three signature burgers made with locally sourced beef from RL Valley Beef in Athens, plus new appetizers like barbecue spaghetti balls, fried cornbread, and a pickle flight.

Guests can enjoy their meals with a cocktail, cold beer, or house-made root beer from the full-service bar.

An opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but Ray Ray’s is currently hiring for the new location.
