A new bar is in the works in Downtown Las Vegas, at the intersection of Stewart Avenue and North Maryland Parkway. This month, plans will go before the Las Vegas Planning Commission for a new bar proposed at 1201 Stewart Avenue by Vegas Brothers LLC.

The paperwork was submitted by owner Marven Younus, requesting a Special Use Permit for a full liquor bar at the address.

The space in question encompasses 3,000 square feet, and while the paperwork does not include the name of the bar (it may or may not be Vegas Brothers), approval has been recommended for the project.

What Now reached out to Marven Younus on Thursday to ask about plans for the Vegas Brothers LLC bar. Younus was not immediately available for comment.

Opening in the building at Stewart and Maryland, the new bar would join local businesses like Damjeans Giftshop and D and D Vape and Smokeshop.

Stay tuned for updates as more information about this project comes to light.
