Affair With Masala Indian Cuisine is a new concept set to hit the Las Vegas Valley, specifically Henderson, soon! According to a permit filed with Clark County, the new Indian eatery is expected to open at 2895 N Green Valley Pkwy, Suite F.
The address is home to the Green Valley North/Whitney Ranch area and sits in the Sunset Ridge Plaza, also referred to as Sunset Ridge Retail Center.
At the helm of the opening is Raymond Herrera, who was listed on the permit. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Herrera to find out more about the exciting debut. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Welcome to Affair With Masala Indian Cuisine, where authentic Indian flavors meet warm hospitality in Henderson, Las Vegas,” the Google description reads.
“We bring you the rich taste of traditional Indian cooking with aromatic spices, fresh ingredients, and delicious recipes. Enjoy our flavorful Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, vegetarian specialties, freshly baked naan, and much more.
There are a host of similarly named eateries throughout the US, including The Masala Affair in Old Bridge, NJ, but no word just yet on whether any of the locations are indeed related. Affair With Masala Indian Cuisine doesn’t yet have a website or social media pages. With no online presence, it’s hard to say whether the brands are related or what else the new eatery will offer. But we’re sure more will be revealed as we inch closer to opening. So keep your ears perked and your eyes peeled for the latest.

Affair With Masala Indian Cuisine is anticipated to open in the Green Valley North/Whitney Ranch area, within the Sunset Ridge Plaza, at 2895 N Green Valley Pkwy, Suite F, sometime next year.
