Rumi Room, Las Vegas’ distinctive destination for Persian and Indo-Pak cuisine, will celebrate the grand opening of its new location at The Bend on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The celebration marks an exciting new chapter for the restaurant, bringing together authentic culinary traditions, sophisticated surroundings, handcrafted cocktails and entertainment in one inviting southwest Las Vegas destination.

Built around the philosophy of DINE • DRINK • DANCE, Rumi Room offers far more than a traditional restaurant experience. It is a place where food, genuine hospitality, music and culture come together, inviting guests to enjoy an entire evening under one roof. The restaurant’s name honors Rumi, the celebrated 13th-century Persian poet and mystic whose writings explored love, humanity and the connections that unite people across cultures. That spirit is reflected throughout the Rumi Room experience.

Located at 8730 W. Sunset Road, Suite G-130, within The Bend complex, Rumi Room brings a distinctive culinary concept to the Las Vegas dining scene by uniting two celebrated traditions: the rich, aromatic flavors of Persia and the bold, complex spices of Indian and Pakistani cooking.

Two Culinary Traditions. One Extraordinary Experience.

Executive Chef and co-owner Mamad Nafissi brings his Persian culinary heritage and passion for authentic cooking, while business partner Dr. Ali Haq infuses the best influences of his Pakistani background. Together, they have created a dining destination where guests can explore the flavors of two extraordinary culinary cultures without having to choose between them.

The restaurant’s premium halal dining experience showcases traditional preparation methods, fresh ingredients, fragrant spices and recipes perfected and passed down through generations of culinary heritage.

Signature selections include Beef Koobideh, Beef Soltani, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and an assortment of lamb specialties. Aromatic saffron basmati rice, traditional kabobs, flavorful curries and premium steaks round out a diverse menu designed to appeal to seeking familiar favorites and adventurous diners alike.

DINE • DRINK • DANCE: An Evening Worth Celebrating

While outstanding cuisine is the foundation of Rumi Room, the experience extends well beyond the dinner table.

The restaurant’s signature DINE • DRINK • DANCE philosophy reflects a vision of dining as a complete social experience. Guests can begin their evening with an exceptional meal, enjoy handcrafted cocktails and fine wines, and continue the night surrounded by music, entertainment and an atmosphere that encourages conversation, celebration and connection.

A full-service bar offers signature cocktails including creative specialty cocktails like house favorite The Saffron Old Fashioned, martinis, margaritas, and a curated selection of wines designed to complement the restaurant’s diverse menu.
