Ziggi’s Coffee is expanding once again, this time bringing a new location to Monument, Springs Mag announced. Husband-and-wife franchisees Greg and Jill Bland are spearheading the launch of a new cafe at 16529 Cinematic View in the Jackson Creek neighborhood.
The store is expected to open this summer. It’s the latest project announced for the Blands, multi-unit owners that already co-operate several Ziggi’s stores in the Pikes Peak region and in Northern Colorado. Prior to this, they were working on a recently opened location in Greeley, which was covered by QSR.
Beyond Ziggi’s, Greg Bland also has experience franchising within the automotive industry. He owns and operates Christian Brothers Automotive in Loveland, his LinkedIn shows. Prior to owning his own businesses, he was a significant figure in the realty sales world, as a VP for both Zillow and HomeAdvisor.
Ziggi’s is a Colorado-born brand that began in 2004 in downtown Longmont and has since grown into a national brand after establishing franchising opportunities in 2016. The chain reached triple-digits for store count last year and was named Best Coffee Drive-Thru of 2024 by USA Today.
