While Llama San will end its six-year run this summer, the Peruvian-Japanese restaurant leaves behind a legacy it earned in a short period. One of its accolades includes receiving three stars from critics at The New York Times for its tempting flavors. The menu at the Manhattan restaurant serves Nikkei cuisine, which includes picante de camarones and Iberico katsu.
Chef Ramirez to Continue Serving in Other Dining Hotspots
Although Llama San’s culinary journey is nearing its end in New York, Ramirez will proceed with the same Peruvian concept at other places. Some names include London, Madrid, and Brooklyn.
Apart from these, Papa San, the chef’s latest project, which started its offerings at Hudson Yards, will also continue operating.
With less than a month left for its final goodbye, the New York-based food establishment has decided to serve its regulars from the past six years one last time. Llama San will be serving items like ceviche and tonkatsu. Guests can enjoy a final meal and drinks before the restaurant closes.
