According to recent public records, a local restaurateur will soon take on her newest venture.
Olive & Ash, a new restaurant by Georgetown restaurateur Vira Chudasma of La Riv, will soon begin woks on its space at 1500 Rivery Blvd.
Listing a “4,055 SF of interior remodeling for the restaurant”, the records examined by What Now further state that the $75,000 job is expected to reach completion by mid July.
Indeed, the restaurant’s cryptic website states “Georgetown’s NEW Restaurant Opening in Fall 2025”, confirming the timeline.
In a 2023 interview with Chudasma, she told What Now that “Georgetown has the best of both worlds—all the amenities a city can provide, but still with the charm of a small town. You could not pick a better place in the entire United States than Georgetown.”
No opening date has been announced.
