With two locations currently in operation, at 2201 S Maryland Parkway and 6430 S Decatur Blvd, Suite 700, Birria-Bite Los Arcos Restaurant now looks to be preparing to open a third. This week, What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Remar 2 Inc for Birria Bite Mexican Grill, at 7720 Las Vegas Blvd S, Suite 300.

That would mean even more of the restaurant’s favorites like its classic Birria, its Quesabirria tacos, and its Birria Ramen.

“Proudly serving authentic Mexican birria in Maryland and Decatur,” says the restaurant’s website. “Known for rich, slow-cooked flavors and bold spices, our menu brings the heart of Jalisco to your table. Whether you’re a long-time birria lover or trying it for the first time, every dish is made with care, tradition, and a passion for sharing real Mexican cuisine.”

Opening in the South Las Vegas Boulevard location, Birria-Bite would join restaurants like Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Wing Zone, and nearby Bootlegger Italian Bistro.

“Our menu brings together bold flavors and creative twists, blending classic Mexican favorites with fresh seafood and even sushi. From crispy onion rings and cheesy birria empanadas to savory tacos and mariscos, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re in the mood for comforting classics or exploring new bites, each dish is crafted with care and inspired by authentic traditions.”

What now reached out to owner Oscar Chavira on Thursday to ask about plans for a third Birria-Bite. Chavira was not immediately available to discuss the news.
