Ashford Beer Garden has officially announced its upcoming location at 1325 South Dairy Ashford Rd. Designed to channel the spirit of a traditional Bavarian beer garden while rooted in Texas hospitality, the venue aims to serve as a welcoming hub for the surrounding community.
Owner Steven Salazar is leading the charge behind the concept, with a focus on combining a wide-ranging drink selection, thoughtful design, and a relaxed, social atmosphere. The space will feature 100 beer and wine taps, a curated cocktail program, and an expansive spirits list, all complemented by a full kitchen serving elevated bar fare.
Ashford Beer Garden will offer plenty of outdoor seating beneath mature oak trees, along with yard games, a performance stage for live music, and a 20-foot TV screen geared for sports and special events. The location at Ashford Yard was chosen specifically for its blend of quality design and dynamic community energy—key values that align with the venue’s neighborhood-first approach.
The executive team includes Alexandre Tolentino as Managing Partner, bringing his experience from launching Pitch 25 to help guide operations and guest experience. Jessica Salazar will oversee cocktail team training and later transition to Director of Operations, managing both beverage quality and daily systems.
Construction is expected to begin between summer and fall of 2025, with all work handled in-house. Around 40 skilled employees will staff the venue, emphasizing service, hospitality, and detailed product knowledge.
Ashford Beer Garden is scheduled to open in early to mid-2026.
