Despite what the name may seem to suggest, Tired Hands Brewing Co. is wide awake, though full of dreams. The brewery is working on a new location in Newtown Square, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Tired Hands is keeping the precise details of the Newtown Square plans close to the vest; while owner Jean Broillet IV has revealed neither a determined address nor an opening timeline, he has described the new chapter as a “cool prospect on the horizon”.

A Newtown Square location will mark a return for Tired Hands, which is experiencing an exciting period of transition and expansion. The brewery hosted a beer garden in the area in 2023.

Tired Hands is an established presence in the Philly-area beer scene. The brewery was founded in 2011, and has found great success owing to its mission statement: “We believe that great beer is the result of fresh ingredients from local suppliers who care about providing quality goods for their customers; it’s the result of an experienced brew team with taste and precision at making fine, small-batch beers that uphold quality over quantity.”
