It seems there’s always more and more happening in Lakewood Ranch. There’s Waterside Place, which has now seen the launch of restaurants like Osteria 500, Good Liquid Brewing Company, Agave Bandido, and more. Then, along University Parkway, there’s the recently opened Flower Child, joining Owen’s Fish Camp, Bar Italia, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
There’s also been news of Urban Air Adventure Park, a massive indoor fun center, opening in the area.
Then, on top of all this, What Now has come across plan review paperwork submitted by ST Karting, LLC for what appears to be a new go-kart spot, opening at 6500 Professional Pkwy W. Still more interesting: the paperwork is for a restaurant.
Behind ST Karting LLC is owner Wael Alokeh. What Now reached out to Alokeh on Friday to ask about plans for ST Karting, specifically (since we’re a foodie at heart) what’s going to be on the menu. Alokeh was not immediately available for comment.
That leaves us with some more questions for now, but we’ll be on the lookout for more details about ST Karting.
