The restaurant community on State Road 60 west of US Hwy 27 in Lake Wales will soon be welcoming a new Mexican restaurant in the mix.
This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork submitted by El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant LLC for a restaurant by same name (sans “LLC,” naturally). It’s in the works at 740 State Road 60.
What Now reached out on Friday to co-owner Nancy Campos to ask about plans for the opening. Campos declined to make any immediate comment on the El Ranchito opening at this time.
For the moment that leaves us guessing on the specifics of El Ranchito’s menu. Still, Mexican cuisine, a constant favorite, is always a good place to start.
Opening in the State Road 60 location, El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant will join nearby restaurants like KFC and Wing University.
