“Cheers to Fun,” says the website for Pachi Pachi, a new cocktail bar planned for Downtown Las Vegas.

“Pachi Pachi, located in Downtown Las Vegas, invites you to experience a unique blend of drinks and entertainment inspired by the captivating pachinko concept,” the website continues. “Our bar is a haven for those seeking quality beverages and a welcoming ambiance. Step in and let the Pachi Pachi experience enchant you.”

The site also promises cocktails, beer, wine, and mocktails described as “non-alcoholic delights.”

These are the bare-bones details. What Now reached out to owner Mark Evensvold after coming across liquor license paperwork for Pachi Pachi submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Get in the Hole, LLC. Evensvold declined to comment at this time.

So, for the most part, the details are staying under wraps for the time being.

Here’s what we do know:

First, as the website mentioned, the bar is based on pachinko, the Japanese game often compared to a slot machine.

Second, the following description was provided to Google Maps by Pachi Pachi management:

“Welcome home to the sacred system of PACHI PACHI – A tiny space with a GIANT presence, combining refined elegance of Japanese nightlife with intimate chaos. Featuring an elevated cocktail experience with Japanese inspired street cuisine, we are an eccentric place that you can step into where world class DJ’s are at arms length and feel a stadium-sized sound system in a Tokyo-sized space. All intricately wrapped with a big hug of warmth of wholehearted hospitality. Come vibrate with us!”

Pachi Pachi will open at 211 S Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 120.
