A new ramen bar is in the works in New Port Richey! Called Kanpai Ramen, it will be opening at 1346 Epiphany Way, P101, according to a plan review submitted by Innovflavor Group LLC (plus, the restaurant is already searchable on Google Maps).

“We’re thinking November for a grand opening,” Mr. Lee, who owns the restaurant, told What Now on Wednesday. “November or October.”

Details on the menu have yet to be released (Lee was not immediately available to provide more information), but ramen is always a great place to start. The name, Kanpai, is a Japanese equivalent to “Cheers!” So maybe that means we can expect drinks on offer too?

Opening on the north side of the roundabout connecting Tryfon Boulevard to Epiphany Way, Kanpair Ramen will join Cantina Viajero, Milano Nails, and X-Golf Tampa.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
