On North 56th Street, just south of the Hillsborough River, a new Indian restaurant is preparing to open its doors. It’s called 7 Leafs Grill and Gravy, and it’s opening at 7819 N 56th St, Suite B, according to plan review documents submitted by AIVB LLC.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with Prashant, who owns 7 Leafs, on Wednesday. Prashant declined to share any details on the menu of 7 Leafs Grill and Gravy.

In broad strokes, though? Prashant confirmed: “It’s going to be Indian food, plus some other Asian foods.”

The restaurant will open in a small building near the intersection of North 56th Street and Puritan. Just to the south, across East Kirby Street, are several other restaurants, including Soul of Korea, K&J Caribbean Market, and TacoSon Authentic Mexican Grill.

For the moment further details about 7 Leafs Grill & Gravy are still under wraps, but What Now is awaiting an update with more info, so stay tuned.
