Mount Laurel foodies eager to try out this year’s hottest dining ticket may have noticed that Wonder-the unstoppable food hall concept popping up all over the East Coast-did not, in fact, open in June as originally planned. However locals have reason to rejoice; despite those initial delays, construction is officially underway, boding well for the newly projected late summer debut, reports local media outlet 42Freeway.
Crews are hard at work transitioning 127 Ark Road from a PNC Bank into a food hall. Wonder now anticipates opening in Mount Laurel in August, and while residents may be understandably hesitant to mark their calendars, the visible signs of progress suggest it’s safe for future customers to get their hopes up.
Halfway through 2025, it is impossible to deny that Wonder is the name on everyone’s lips. The food hall concept sets itself apart by collecting a variety of concepts from high-profile partners under one roof. Visitors can order from as many different eateries as their hearts desire and the tab is aggregated on one bill, with the food made-to-order.
