Perfume Brand Known for Affordable Luxury to Open Nolita Store on June 27

Dossier, a fragrance brand, is opening its first store in New York. The modern fragrance house gained prominence on the social media platform for curating dupes of high-end perfumes. Dossier’s first brick-and-mortar store will be placed in Nolita’s Elizabeth Street, also referred to as NYC’s ‘Scent Row.’

New Store Launch in Nolita

Dossier is inviting New Yorkers to the opening of its first store. The popular brand went viral on TikTok with its dupes of high-end perfumes. Founded in 2019, the fragrance house’s new home will be the famous Elizabeth Street in Nolita.

Dossier’s 1,300-square-foot store will stock the ‘Impressions’ dupe line and ‘Originals’ line of non-dupe fragrances, among many others. Impressions put Dossier on the map with luxury-inspired fragrances, including Dior Sauvage, Bleu de Chanel, and Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle inspirations. Originals, on the other hand, were introduced in 2023, retailing per bottle at $39.

Guests can expect many exciting surprises at the store during the Boutique Grand Opening Party between June 27 and 29.

Explore the Fragrance Collection

The boutique will have separate sections designated for the Originals and the Impressions. Dossier plans to introduce eight new Impressions this year, specifically redeveloping well-known niche (versus designer) offerings. Thirteen new fragrances are expected to be added to the Originals in 2025.

Plans for Future Expansion

Another store is already in the works for Dossier at the Queens Center mall. The brand picked an urban and a mall location to get a better understanding of both settings. Later this summer, Dossier’s second store of approximately 800 square feet is anticipated. The brand’s near-future vision is to ensure the success of these stores before rolling out other boutiques.

Earlier this month, the brand launched a 4-day pop-up experience at 262 Elizabeth Street.

Dossier started selling luxury perfumes with the same ingredients and practices as the designer perfumeries, just without the excessive markups. The brand offers premium fragrances at a price that makes them affordable and accessible to all.

Dossier fragrances are crafted in Grasse, France. Interested customers can attend the Boutique Grand Opening Party in Nolita and maybe RSVP for a free perfume with purchase.
