Town Center Plaza, the retail center on Missouri Avenue North between Jasper and Auburn Streets, looks to be adding a new restaurant and sub shop to its food and drink portfolio. Plan review paperwork submitted by Corne’s Grill & Subs LLC shows a restaurant by that name opening at 1600 Missouri Ave N.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to owner Mauricio Vasquez to ask about plans for Corne’s Grill & Subs. Vasquez declined to comment on the project.
That leaves us guessing for the moment about what we’ll be able to find on the menu at Corner’s Grill & Subs. That word “grill” can mean all sorts of things! At any rate, be on the lookout for subs and more coming to Town Center Plaza.
Opening in the retail center, Corne’s Grill & Subs would join a restaurant community that includes Umai Sushi, Los Amigos, and Pizza Hut.
