The space at 300 S Fourth Street, Suite 7, Downtown appears to be getting a new coffee shop. Licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas shows a new coffee concept, Vileo Coffee Bar, opening in the space, which was previously occupied by Bad Owl Coffee Roasters.

The paperwork was submitted by Nikolay Poptchev of Vileo LLC. Poptchev is also the owner of brunch restaurant AmeriBrunch Cafe.

Located at 316 E Bridger Ave, AmeriBrunch is “a family-owned cafe, restaurant, and coffee shop located in Downtown Las Vegas. Within a five-minute walking distance from the Fremont Street Experience, we feature a full breakfast and lunch menu seven days a week. We serve an affordable and high-quality.”

What Now reached out Poptchev on Wednesday to ask about plans for Vileo Coffee Bar taking over the old Bad Owl spot. Poptchev was not immediately available for comment.

The location in question is situated just across the East Bridger Avenue from the AmeriBrunch Cafe location.
