Chick-fil-A is known for serving warmth and memorable experiences. For smooth operations and maintenance of the same standards at each location, the brand chooses each owner-operator carefully. The brand’s beloved cow mascots remain a central part of its marketing strategy. Despite its national footprint, Chick-fil-A continues to invest in local communities through nonprofit partnerships.
