Popular “family-owned cafe, restaurant, and coffee shop located in Downtown Las Vegas” AmeriBrunch Cafe appears to be expanding to a second location, this time on Warm Springs Road near the McCarran Center. Paperwork submitted by Veritas Coffee LLC shows a new AmeriBrunch Cafe opening at 600 E Warm Springs Road, Suite 180, on the northeast corner of the intersection with Amigo Street.
AmeriBrunch Cafe serves up All Day Breakfast choices like Nutella Pancakes (Full stack (3) of pancakes topped with Nutella, fresh bananas, strawberries, powdered sugar, and whipped cream), Biscuits & Sausage (Oven-baked biscuits with gravy, served with two eggs, and sausage links), and Country Fried Steak.
On AmeriBrunch’s All Day Lunch menu you’ll find a Cobb Salad, a Buffalo Chicken Wrap, a Chicken Pesto Panini (Grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, and basil pesto on ciabattina; Side choice: Breakfast potatoes, fries, fruit, or side salad), and more.
“Proudly brewing Bristot’s Coffee with over one hundred handcrafted recipes, AmeriBrunch has become a staple restaurant and coffee shop in Downtown Las Vegas,” says the AmeriBrunch website. Now it looks to expanding to a new locale!
What Now reached out on Friday to AmeriBrunch owner Nikolay Poptchev to ask about plans for a new AmeriBrunch Cafe opening at Amigo and Warm Springs. Poptchev was not immediately available for comment.
