Offering “catering and takeout with bold international flavors and outstanding service in Masaryktown, FL,” Ruthie’s Kitchen appears to be on its way to Brooksville, where submitted documents indicate plans are in place for the brand’s first brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Ruthie’s Kitchen LLC submitted plan review paperwork for a Ruthie’s Kitchen restaurant at 440 Broad Street.

What Now reached out on Monday to owner Ruth Moonga to ask about plans for the opening. Moonga could not be reached immediately for comment, but the Ruthie’s Kitchen Facebook page currently lists the 440 Broad Street address and features a banner photo with the words “COMING SOON.”

“From special events to quick meals, we’re here to make every bite unforgettable,” the brand’s Facebook page says.

The Broad Street location is situated between The Ice Cream Barr and the Auroveda Food Bank. Stay tuned for more details on the opening. We’ll be waiting on more information about those unforgettable meals at an upcoming Ruthie’s Kitchen brick-and-mortar in Brooksville!
