A popular Columbus chef is cooking up two new restaurant concepts that will bring big burger energy to both Reynoldsburg and Clintonville.
Known for launching AnA Shawarma, which started as a food truck and later settled into High Street Kitchens, Azee Raghbat is now expanding with a new brand called Smash N Eatz. The concept will focus on all things burgers, think crispy-edged smashburgers and hearty pub-style stacks—along with other comfort foods like cheesesteaks, wings, loaded fries, and hand-battered chicken tenders.
One of the Smash N Eatz locations is set to open inside Eastside Brewing Co. in Reynoldsburg, taking over the kitchen space previously occupied by Slab Kitchen. While the brewery typically opens later in the day, Smash N Eatz plans to start serving carryout lunch during weekdays, with dine-in available once the brewery opens. Weekend hours will begin at noon, and the kitchen will run until 10 p.m. daily.
The second Smash N Eatz spot will open right alongside AnA Shawarma at High Street Kitchens, giving fans double the reason to stop by. Raghbat hopes to have the Clintonville location up and running sometime this summer complete with free food at the grand opening.
With two fresh locations and a menu packed with bold, crowd-pleasing flavors, Smash N Eatz looks ready to make a mark on Columbus’ burger scene.
