We are living in a golden era of fast-casual cuisine. Diners have never had more options available to them, served with quality, convenience, and speed. Dig Inn is bringing its unique contribution to the market to Jenkintown, with an opening coming later this summer, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The chain specializes in providing customers with healthier options, without sacrificing efficiency or flavor. Dig Inn will be joining the Noble Town Center at 901 Old York Road. While an official opening date is not presently available, indicators suggest Jenkintown foodies will be able to enjoy a meal at the restaurant in late summer.  A social media post from Schorn Construction shows that work is underway on the storefront and progressing smoothly.

Dig Inn made its first appearance on the fast-casual dining scene in New York in 2011. The concept made an immediate splash through its use of locally sourced ingredients and its veggie-forward menu. The eatery invites guests to choose from a selection of house recipe plates or to cobble their own bowls by picking a base, sides, and a protein.
