The retail center on the northeast corner of South Las Vegas Boulevard and East Silverado Ranch Boulevard will soon be home to a new restaurant. Called Ilocos & Island Foods, it’s opening at 9620 Las Vegas Blvd S, Suite E3, according to licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Ofelia and Sons, LLC.
What Now contacted owner Ofelia Shively on Friday. Shively confirmed news of the opening but was not immediately available to discuss Ilocos & Island Foods.
Details on the menu and the opening timeline are therefore not available yet. The name would appear to give a hint: Ilocos being a province of the Phillipines, we’re expecting Filipino cuisine.
Opening at the Las Vegas Boulevard-Silverado Ranch intersection, Ilocos & Island Foods join restaurants like Yanni’s Greek Grill, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, 2 Scoops of Aloha LV Drive Inn, and Del Taco.
