With outposts on Spring Mountain Road, in the Southwest area, and on the Las Vegas Strip itself, Master Kim’s Korean BBQ is a homegrown Las Vegas Korean restaurant. And now, Palace Station Hotel and Casino has announced that it will be the home of Master Kim’s fourth location, with an opening planned for Spring 2026.
“At Master Kim’s, guests will enjoy a modern yet cozy 6500 square foot ambiance with over 30 built-in tabletop grills for over 100 seats, allowing them to cook their own meats and vegetables to perfection,” says a press release put out by the resort. “The menu features a wide variety of premium proteins, including USDA Prime brisket, marinated short rib, pork belly, spicy chicken, and seafood, along with banchan (side dishes), Korean-style sauces, and rice or noodle dishes. Two all-you-can-eat menu options will be available, as well as an à la carte menu.”
Opening at Palace Station, Master Kim’s joins a lineup of restaurant favorites. These include China Mama, Lindo Michoacán, The Brass Fork, and the Charcoal Room. According to coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, it’s replacing Tailgate Social.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Master Kim’s to Palace Station. Their commitment to quality and hospitality aligns perfectly with the type of dining experiences we aim to offer our guests,” Lee Torres, Vice President and General Manager of Palace Station, said in a press release. “This is yet another great addition of local favorite restaurants to our culinary lineup that caters to locals and visitors alike looking for bold flavor, fun tableside cooking, and excellent value.”
What Now reached out to Master Kim’s owner Freddy Hwang on Friday to ask about further details. Hwang was not immediately available for comment.
“We are so excited to bring our beloved Korean BBQ to Palace Station,” Hwang said in the press release. “We will bring an authentic and interactive dining experience to the property that will be the perfect complement to the iconic casino’s already bustling restaurant scene.”
