Einstein Bros. Bagels is officially making its way to League City. According to public records and confirmation from NewQuest Properties, the brand is setting up shop at 1911 W League City Pkwy, Suite 200. This location will be corporate-owned and operated under the parent company, Bagel Brands.
Permit documents show the project will transform a 2,508-square-foot office suite into a functioning bakery and bagel shop. The estimated cost of the renovation is $300,000. The scope of work includes a full interior conversion from its previous office use into a space suitable for food production and service.
While NewQuest confirmed the details on the lease and ownership, Bagel Brands has not yet provided additional comment as of publishing. Still, the development points to continued brand growth in suburban areas that blend commercial density with steady residential traffic.
Construction of the new Einstein Bros. Bagels is expected to start in September 2025, with completion projected by the end of December 2025.
