Sambalatte, the coffee shop located at 6555 S Jones Boulevard, Suite #100, has closed. The brand, which offered “Espresso & other gourmet coffee drinks served with pastries in stylish, modern digs with a patio” (according to a description provided to Google Maps), may be getting a replacement soon, however.
The Coffee Class Bakery Bistro, one of the valley’s homegrown coffee concepts, with two locations in Vegas and one in Henderson, recently submitted licensing paperwork to Clark County for a restaurant at Sambalette’s address.
It appears that this growing local business has found its fourth location!
What Now reported back in April on the then-upcoming opening of The Coffee Class’s third outpost at 9580 W Sahara Ave, after speaking with founder Kyle Cunningham about the cafe and brunch brand’s story of perseverance (especially in the COVID years) and continuous growth.
“Our customers came out to support us and got us through,” Cunningham said. “We almost didn’t make it that first year. It’s really only because of the customers that we’ve been able to do what we did.”
Here’s hoping we’re about to see that growth continue!
What Now reached out to Kyle Cunningham on Thursday to ask about plans for a fourth Coffee Class. Cunningham was not immediately available for comment.
