Five Guys is adding to its Houston-area footprint with two new restaurants planned for Richmond and Manvel, both to be developed by The Houston Guys, LLC, the franchise group behind a dozen existing locations in the region.
According to permit filings, the Richmond location is coming to 11115 W Grand Parkway S, while the Manvel site will take shape at 21716 State Hwy 288, Suite 288. Both projects are listed as interior buildouts of existing lease spaces, with improvements including new ceilings, partition walls, restrooms, plumbing, kitchen exhaust hoods, and HVAC systems. The Richmond build spans 2,450 square feet, while the Manvel restaurant will cover 2,400 square feet.
“We have twelve locations besides these two,” said Eugene Hooff, Vice President at The Houston Guys, LLC. These Five Guys locations will remain consistent with branding, menu, and services as are found at any other outpost that loyal customers have grown to love.
If all goes smoothly with construction and permitting, both restaurants are expected to open in January 2026.
