Beacon Rail District Downtown Frisco Debut
Frisco is all set to welcome its newest development, Beacon Rail District, which offers 18 premium apartment homes. The project marks a significant addition to Frisco’s multi-million-dollar downtown revitalization plan.
It’s also the first residential apartment community in this part of the Rail District. With a monthly price range between $1,950 and $3,800, the property features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.
Speaking of the exciting project, Christopher Aaron, co-founder of CAP Multifamily, said, “We’ve created something truly special here.” He added that beyond luxury, Beacon Rail District also fosters community bonds. He said the limited number of units allows for a more intimate, community-focused living experience.
Chad Patton, co-founder of CAP Multifamily, noted that they are working on several anticipated projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in addition to the Beacon Rail District.
On-Site Amenities for Residents
Developers say The Beacon offers a boutique, community-focused lifestyle that blends high-end design with neighborhood charm. With high-quality construction at its core, the development ensures that every home is carefully built with premium materials, including high-grade crown molding, hand-selected brick, solid-core doors, and top-tier window designs, which contribute to improved aesthetics and insulation.
Custom-designed facades, original lighting, and artwork by local artists enhance the project’s boutique feel. The property is pet-friendly and enjoys proximity to locally owned shops that bring comfort and ease to residents.
On-site amenities include a private co-working space, a spacious fitness center, and a community lounge for relaxing. Just steps away from the Beacon lies a host of restaurants and entertainment venues, which give residents a boutique living experience.
Official Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
To mark the milestone, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be hosted on August 15, starting at 10 am at the property location. The event will see city leaders and property developers in attendance at 7291 Elm Street, Frisco, Texas.
Guests can enjoy property tours and a guided art experience led by the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco. Between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., CAP Multifamily will host a “Sip and See” event, which will serve wine and small bites from restaurant partners in Frisco.
Currently, final finishes and upgrades are underway at the property site to ensure every detail meets the highest standards. Move-ins are expected to begin in mid-September.
Located in the thriving Rail District of Downtown Frisco, the Beacon Rail District brings a unique blend of modern features and a quaint neighborhood vibe to one of Texas’s fastest-growing cities.
