It’s unclear when or where the company will establish its presence in Phoenix, but plans are in place for both corporate-owned and franchised locations, according to the Phoenix Business Journal. Mokas began in Salina, Kansas, in 2005 and has earned a strong reputation for serving high-quality coffee, fresh food, and offering warm hospitality. Mokas is known for training its baristas extensively. Over a 14-day program, baristas learn the art of coffee cupping, tasting, and brewing to ensure every drink is made with precision. This dedication to quality helps Mokas stand out in a competitive coffee market.
The menu features specialty drinks like Toffee Cream, Nutty Irishman, and Golden Marshmallow. Customers can also enjoy brewed coffee, frappes, smoothies, refreshers, energy drinks, and classic options like cappuccinos and lattes.
