Founded by two friends in Provo, Utah, Cafe Zupas is a healthy restaurant concept with twenty years of history. Boasting dozens of locations in states like Utah, Arizona, and Idaho (plus eight in greater Las Vegas), Cafe Zupas now appears to be at work on its next Las Vegas expansion.
This week, What Now came across building permit paperwork submitted to Clark County for a Cafe Zupas at 5095 S Fort Apache Road.
The location is situated at the intersection with West Reno Avenue, where Cafe Zupas would join a restaurant community that includes brands like Squeeze In, The Magic Noodle, Panera Bread, and Nick the Greek.
“Through every milestone, we’ve stuck to our original promise: no factory kitchens, no shortcuts,” says the Cafe Zupas website. “Fresh produce is delivered to each restaurant daily, and every dish is made from scratch by our talented culinary teams. Bringing house-made happiness to every meal, every day, is a commitment we’ve kept from the start—and one we’ll keep for generations to come.”
