Los Tacos underwent a re-inspection on Friday. The inspecting officers noticed a lack of adequate refrigeration within the restaurant. Temperature-sensitive food items were not maintained as per the food safety guidelines.

Inspectors observed equipment used in the kitchen was not maintained and operated properly. The inspector also instructed the staff to keep food items protected from cross-contamination. The facility did not have adequate pest control, and inspectors noted that pests could enter the premises.

The inspection revealed that the facility was not in an overall sound and maintained condition.
