The retail center on South Valley View Boulevard between West Sirius Avenue and Capella Avenue looks to be the future home of a new fried chicken restaurant.
This week, What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Rays Enterprise LLC showing a restaurant called Super Ray’s Fried Chicken opening at 3140 S Valley View Boulevard, Suite 13.
Details on Super Ray’s are still scarce. What Now reached out on Friday to owner Revan Suliman to inquire about plans for the new restaurant. Suliman was not immediately available for comment.
That does leave us guessing on the restaurant’s opening timeline—the menu, not so much. (Chicken! Long live the chicken!)
Opening in the South Valley View Boulevard location, Super Ray’s Fried Chicken would join Philly Cheesesteaks & Subs and Rigo’s Taco.
