Silver Fox Coffee Lounge opened its first location this past spring. Recently, it announced plans for a new Brentwood location, expected to open in December.
Now, the local spot, which focuses on providing high-quality coffee and food offerings to customers, is aiming eventually to open a third location, likely in the Franklin area, co-owner Todd Barnett shared with What Now Nashville.
“We’re trying to not grow too fast so that we don’t lose quality and what goes behind the brand,” Barnett said. “We’re being cautiously optimistic that we’d like to open a Franklin location in the next year or so, and we’re trying to ensure we grow at the right pace to keep the highest quality for our customers but to still give them more locations to visit.”
Barnett, who owns the coffee spot with his wife Danielle, focuses on four aspects of business: high-quality coffee, exceptional customer experience, fresh pastries and quality food options. Silver Fox Coffee Lounge offers signature coffee drinks like The Cherish (a honey lavender latte) and The Dizzy G (a rosemary black cardamom latte with a ginger citrus punch). Food offerings include freshly made sourdough bread, pastries and items like avocado toast and whipped ricotta and fruit tartines.
Currently, the team is working on elevating brand recognition. Since Silver Fox Coffee is still relatively new to the community, Barnett is focusing on connecting with customers across the Nashville area. The forthcoming Brentwood location and eventual expansion to Franklin will allow Silver Fox Coffee to reach more pockets of the Nashville area, fueling growth.
