Las Vegas’s Scoundrels Tavern & Eatery and Scoundrels Pub II in North Las Vegas will soon be getting a third sibling. Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Scoundrels SW, LLC shows a new Scoundrels Tavern & Eatery opening at 6945 S Rainbow Blvd.
The gaming tavern brand serves up a handleheld-heavy menu: there are burgers like the Fried Egg Burger and the scandalous Scoundrels Burger:
“4 half-pound Angus burger patties, each layer featuring hash browns, thick bacon, and melted American cheese. Top it all off with a fried egg and smother it in sausage gravy! Served with fries. If, somehow, someway, you manage to finish this massive, manly creation, your name will forever go down in history as being a true Scoundrel… and a Scoundrels T-Shirt is yours!”
That’s alongside sandwiches, Chicken Sandys, wraps, and a breakfast menu.
The Rainbow Boulevard location is situated near the intersection with Arroyo Crossing Parkway, by Home Depot. There, Scoundrels will join a restaurant community characterized by fast and fast-casual concepts like Panda Express, Qdoba Mexican Eats, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
What Now reached out to Scoundrels Tavern co-owner Taylor Lilley on Thursday to ask about plans for the new Scoundrels. Lilley was not immediately available for comment.
