Denver diners will soon get a taste of the growing Crepe Therapy Café brand, though exactly when and where remains unclear. Westword first reported that the city will be next on the list for the company’s growth strategy, after it debuts in Boulder soon.

While it’s been confirmed that the concept will open two or three outposts in the Mile High City, location or timeline details are unclear. The business did not return requests for further details from What Now Denver.

We recently covered the announcement that the mountain-based, woman-owned creperie was spreading its reach and coming to the Front Range. Two Boulder locations are in the works; one will open soon near the 29th Street Mall, and the other is slated for the just-opened Limelight hotel by the end of the year.

Crepe Therapy Café (which used to be called The Crêpe Shack) is owned by Chef Maya McQueen, who also runs the Michelin-recommended Mawa’s Kitchen. Its two current locations are in Aspen and Snowmass Village. The eatery serves both sweet and savory crêpes, with batters made from plain, buckwheat, or matcha green tea. The menu includes vegan and gluten-free options, along with espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and French pastries.
