Las Vegas’s legendary food and drink community will soon welcome its first all-you-can-eat Vietnamese restaurant. It’s called Saigon Alley Hotpot, and it’s opening in mid-to-late October at 7920 S Rainbow Blvd, Suite 115.
“We’re finishing up construction,” a representative of the restaurant told What Now on Friday. “We’re going to have a lot of Vietnamese traditional dishes.”
In a space with seating for about 90 guests, you’ll be able to try a completely (at least ‘round these parts) unique approach to Vietnamese food and hotpot. Each guest gets a pot of their own, and they can order food from a tablet at their table. Expect lots of seafood, chicken, beef, and loads of other ingredients too—all added to your choice of soup base.
“We checked the entire U.S.,” the representative said, “and we have not found anything else like this.”
Opening in the Rainbow Boulevard location, at the intersection with West Mesa Verde Lane, Saigon Alley Hotpot will join restaurants like Greens and Grill, Tarantino’s Vegan, and Bar, Acai & Cafe.
