Brooklyn Chop House Opening First Miami Location

The New York-based restaurant is opening in Wynwood’s Moxy Hotel

This fall, acclaimed New York steakhouse Brooklyn Chop House will launch its first South Florida outpost in the Moxy Hotel in Wynwood.

“Brooklyn Chop House Miami will be more than a restaurant, it will be an immersive cultural experience where music, art, and gastronomy converge,” said an announcement of the opening this week.

Brooklyn Chop House is known for bringing together steakhouse dining and Asian cuisine. Its Times Square location features a menu with offerings ranging from Pork Soup Dumplings and Chicken Satay to a 16-oz. Grilled Filet Mignon. There are small plates like Rock Shrimp Tempura, Peking Duck Tacos, Philly Cheesesteak Rolls, and Scallion Pancakes—it’s as eclectic as it gets!

“Brooklyn Chop House, NYC stands as a testament to the dynamic of Asian meets steakhouse, creating an immersive experience that transcends the boundaries of traditional dining where music, culture, and gastronomy,” says the restaurant’s website. “At Brooklyn Chop House diners embark on a sensory journey, offering a menu that seamlessly blends the hearty essence of a classic steakhouse with the daring flair of Asian cuisine.”

“Owned by renowned hip-hop impresario Robert ‘Don Pooh’ Cummins, David Thomas, and hospitality entrepreneur Stratis Morfogen, Brooklyn Chop House channels the energy of hip-hop royalty and the city’s artistic expression into every detail of the dining experience,” the announcement continues.

Brooklyn Chop House will open on the Moxy’s seventh floor featuring an upstairs rooftop lounge. It will be accepting renovations starting November 12.
