Located at 3333 NE 32nd Ave in Fort Lauderdale, the Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal/Il Lugano will soon welcome a new restaurant from Be Nice Restaurant Group. It’s called G&B Dockside.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, the Be Nice Group is the culinary force behind restaurants like Coconuts, Foxy Brown, the Top Hat Deli, and G&B Oyster Bar.
Details on the G&B Dockside menu are not yet available. It does appear to be related to G&B Oyster Bar, “the sleek, upscale, modern sister restaurant to Coconuts, connected by a door and us – the owners. We feature the finest seafood sourced from the best purveyors all over the country,” says a description on the Be Nice website.
Opening in its hotel space, G&B Dockside will join a community of nearby restaurants that include Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill; Twice Removed; Eat Well, Drink Joy; and La Dolce Vita.
“Be Nice Restaurant Group is a collection of locally owned Fort Lauderdale restaurants founded by South Florida native Elliot Wolf,” the Be Nice website says. With decades of experience in hospitality management, Elliot launched his own venture in 2011, creating the ‘Be Nice’ brand—a culture rooted in serving great food with exceptional service and hospitality.”
G&B Dockside is expected to open in December.
