La La Land Kind Cafe, a cheerful coffee chain known for its colorful lattes and impactful mission, is preparing to open a new location in Newport Beach. While an exact address hasn’t been released, 926OC reports that it will be located on Lido Island.
Founded in Dallas in 2019, La La Land Kind Cafe began as part of the La La Land Foundation, a program that empowers foster youth through paid internships, life skills training, housing assistance, and mental health aid.
The company has now expanded to over a dozen locations in Texas and six in the LA area. This Newport outpost is one of three listed as “coming soon” on its website, alongside Austin and Nashville. An opening date has not been announced yet.
At La La Land Kind Cafe, the menu is simple but full of flavor and color. The business serves signature lattes and tea coolers, alongside variations of avocado and fruit toasts. There’s also a branded merch line, with everything from clothes and accessories to candles and keychains.
