Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market is preparing to open a location at 8152 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road, Suite 174, in Anaheim. Mendocino Farms LLC filed an application for an on-sale beer and wine license for the restaurant with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).  The filing indicates a proposed location, but a specific opening date has not been announced.

Founded in California, Mendocino Farms operates a fast-casual restaurant chain focused on sandwiches, salads, and other prepared foods. According to the company’s website, its menu includes a variety of chef-developed sandwich combinations, salads, soups and sides. The brand also offers catering for customers ordering food for groups and events.

The menu includes signature sandwiches featuring chicken, steak and other proteins, alongside vegetarian options and seasonal ingredients. Salad offerings and sides provide alternatives to the chain’s sandwiches, while its rotating selections allow the menu to include seasonal combinations. Availability may vary by location.

The Anaheim Hills-area filing is consistent with the chain’s broader presence in Orange County, where Mendocino Farms already operates locations in cities including Irvine, Brea, and Costa Mesa. The new address is on East Santa Ana Canyon Road, in the Anaheim Hills area.
