The North Nashville development heading to 1408 Buchanan St. has a third concept slated for its upstairs area. The spot, created and operated by local entrepreneurs Jordan Harris and Shon Hermon, will serve as a female-focused whiskey lounge, according to the Nashville Business Journal.

Details on the concept remain scarce. However, the Business Journal reports that it will feature whiskey, wine and a limited food menu with an emphasis on shareable plates.

The whiskey lounge, which does not have a name yet, will join coworking space The Harambe House and sit-down barbecue restaurant The Pulled Pit in the development.

Harris and Hermon are both experienced entrepreneurs on the Nashville scene. Harris is the owner of longstanding bookstore Alkebu-Lan Images, which has been a staple along Jefferson Street for nearly 40 years. Hermon has been running his popular barbecue business — SmoQe Signals BBQ — around the Nashville area for years, operating with a food truck. The forthcoming The Pulled Pit will allow him to put down roots in a flagship location.

All three concepts are slated to open in fall of 2026.
