Fast casual dining has been enjoying a healthy revolution over the past several years. Diners no longer have to settle for the standard burgers and fries-more and more concepts are working hard to broaden the public perception of just what the cuisine can offer. Luna Grill has proven to be a particularly impactful entrant in the fast casual world. The chain offers quickly and healthfully prepared Mediterranean fare, made with delicious, sustainable, and nutritious ingredients, and it is preparing to serve a fresh helping to DFW diners.

Luna Grill is setting up its next regional home at 3921 Gaston Avenue Suite A. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation states that the renovated space will provide Luna with 2,400 square feet in which to serve its signature dishes. Work is slated to begin in January of 2026 and should wrap by April of next year. Luna Grill’s Chief Marketing Officer Billy Grenham was kind enough to confirm to What Now Dallas that the chain is aiming to have the Gaston Avenue storefront open by Q3 of 2026.

Luna Grill has already made an impressive splash in the DFW; the brand recently opened a location in Plano that has been embraced with great enthusiasm by locals. As Grenham states: “The people of Plano have an incredible appreciation for food that’s both delicious and nutritious. It’s a community that values balance – they want meals that make them feel good, not just full and that’s exactly what Luna Grill is all about.” In fact, the welcome has been so favorable that Luna Grill has accelerated plans for a catering launch and is already prepared to provide that service for local businesses.

While there is still a bit of a wait between Dallas foodies and Luna’s fresh, healthy, and flavorful meals, there’s never been a better time for DFW locals to make a trip to Plano for a meal. Grenham explains why savvy customers should make a pilgrimage to the restaurant in October, saying: “We are running a very cool promotion until the end of the month.  Any purchase at Plano through our app in October unlocks a free bowl in November!”

Luna Grill’s menu has something for every palate. Every dish is made to order, and customers can choose from plates, bowls, salads, pitas, and kabobs. Be sure to download the brand’s app to receive special promotions and offers.
