Bodega Moto sounds as unique and authentically San Antonio as the concept. According to Culture Map San Antonio, the new community space and eatery is set to open at the SA Yacht Club at 310 W. Grayson Street.

The opening of the full concept is expected to fall in January 2026. Bodega Moto owner, Luke Horgan, shares that he intends to open a smaller version of the concept to partially finance the operation in November of this year.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Horgan for further comment on the opening and to secure a grand opening date to share with our readers, but we did not hear back by the time of publication.

Serving up cold drinks from the Sippy’s Beer & Wine space, a mix of snacks like spicy crayfish Lays, and an open picnic area, Horgan told Culture Map that he envisions the space as a “gift to the people of San Antonio.” A beautiful sentiment that’s paired with his passion to help others and provide for this community, Horgan also intends to work with folks like his mentee Joseph Ballista, who will be introducing his new pop-up, Noodle Plug, in early November. Noodle plug will offer ramen with classic topics and experimental dishes like birria soup dumplings and bulgogi crunch wraps. The types of dishes that make your mouth water by just reading about them.

Horgan will be bringing the epitome of a bodega experience to the San Antonio community, which has come to know him well. If the name doesn’t sound familiar, let me enlighten you.

Horgan is a San Antonio entrepreneur who owned the West Side’s Jefferson Bodega before it shut its doors last year. Now back with a new and fresh concept, the community advocate is ready to make a splash with a concept that is sure to make the community peek into the new action at the SA Yacht Club

He’s unfortunately under a tight deadline. But, for people with great spirits like Horgan appears to have, maybe the pressure, like with diamonds, will make this Horgan and his new bodega, Bodega Moto, shine and sparkle.

If all goes well, you can expect to see the new Bodega Moto brought to the greater San Antonio community by Luke Horgan in full swing by January 2026. In the meantime, stop by Bodega Moto at the SA Yacht Club at 310 W. Grayson Street in November to buy some flowers to help the San Antonio entrepreneur get his bodega business booming and blooming.
