Auntie Anne’s, the household-name soft pretzel franchise familiar to any mall-goer, has been busy on the Las Vegas Strip in recent months, as paperwork has been submitted for new locations at resorts like New York-New York and MGM Grand. Now, Bonanno Restaurants, LLC has submitted licensing paperwork to Clark County for a new Auntie Anne’s at the Venetian Resort, in space #2260 at 3377 Las Vegas Blvd. S.

Bonanno Restaurants is connected to Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group, a company “Serving Las Vegas for More Than 20 Years.” Fifth Avenue Group specializes in food court development and in quick-service restaurant development, with a presence at resorts like the MGM Grand, the Venetian, New York-New York, the Flamingo Hotel, and more. It’s also the force behind Trattoria Reggiano and Bonanno’s New York Pizza.

A new Auntie Anne’s at the Venetian would represent what is always a welcome development: more pretzels. As fall rolls in, the brand is currently offering Halloween Pretzel Nugget Buckets. What’s a Pretzel Nugget? you ask? A fun, bite-sized chunk of pretzel that comes either by itself or with proteins like pepperoni or mini hot dogs.

It’s not known where in the resort a new Auntie Anne’s would live. The Venetian recently debuted its contribution to the Vegas Food Hall scene by opening Via Via Food Hall, boasting concepts like All’Antico Vinaio, Howlin’ Ray’s, and B.S. Taqueria.
