A new pizza and sports bar concept is getting ready to open its doors in Powell. FOMO Pizza, a Detroit-style pizza shop that is expanding into a full dine-in restaurant and bar, is finalizing construction at 4299 Home Road, in front of the Delaware Library.
The team has been sharing steady progress updates on Facebook, noting recent milestones like new tables and chairs arriving on site. They said they are now in the final stretch, finishing the buildout and dialing in both the food and cocktail menus. According to their posts, that process has required plenty of tasting, and they’ve hinted they may even recruit local tasters as they get closer to launch.
The upcoming restaurant will combine thick-crust square pies with a sports-bar setting, offering a mix of pizza, American fare, cocktails and a casual atmosphere for families and game-day crowds.
No official opening date has been announced, but FOMO Pizza says the excitement is building as they move toward the finish line.
