A new Jersey Mike’s Subs is on the way to the West Side, with plans for a shop at 1617 Georgesville Square Drive in Columbus. The upcoming location will be operated by franchisee Jay Cheema, who is continuing the brand’s expansion across central Ohio.

The new shop will bring Jersey Mike’s signature lineup of fresh sliced subs, grilled favorites and made-to-order sandwiches to a busy retail corridor near Georgesville Road. Georgesville Square draws steady traffic from nearby neighborhoods, big-box shopping, dining options and the Hollywood Casino area, making it a strong fit for the fast-growing sandwich chain.

Cheema, who operates other locations in the region, is known for emphasizing the brand’s core approach: quality ingredients, fresh preparation and a friendly, community-centered atmosphere. The Georgesville Square shop is expected to follow the same model, offering both dine-in and takeout options.

As construction moves forward, more details will be announced, but the addition marks another step in Jersey Mike’s steady growth across the Columbus market.
